Description : Direct current motor cooling

 Fonctionnal description
The air treatment stations are buit to cool direct current motors.
The stations are connected to a cold water circuit. One station can cool one or two motors.

Best solution description
The stations are connected to the motor, either directly on the body, either via a flexible duct.
The air goes through a EU4 95% gravimetric filter and then on a cold battery supplied by the cold water circuit.
The stations use the motor integrated ventilation. Thus, no ventilator equips the stations.
The water regulation is insured by a thermostatic valve. The temperature and hygrometry are permanently controled and can be read on a digital screen.
The temperature and hygrometry alarms can be transmitted by a remote transmission module. This system enables to display the possible alarms in the control room.
